Christine and Vincent, from Champagne Piot-Sévillano, invite you to an original visit in the village's old school, where desks, blackboards, maps, and books still hold pride of place but now share space with a tasting area offering a stunning view of the Marne Valley. In addition to "classic" guided tours and tastings, wine workshops on tasting and blending, as well as seasonal activities, are available during peak season. Soil work is done with Fred and Manon and their fabulous horses. This family of grower-producers and independent winemakers crafts their Champagnes as naturally as possible (zero insecticides and herbicides) and offers high-quality Champagne combining tradition and modernity.
