The spotlight was on film at the 8th Champagne Prize event in Japan.

The film director Naomi Kawase, who had recently returned from the Cannes Film Festival where she chaired the Jury for the Cinéfondation and short films section, found it hard to hide her emotion when she received the Champagne Joie de Vivre Prize.
